Local authority



The Local Authority may, on occasion, require access to a property to  inspect the use of and condition of a property. Should this occur and we are requested or required to meet with them then a charge for     ‘arrangement of attendance’ will be levied to the landlord’s account.   This include meeting with an officer of the council on the landlord’s    behalf, joint inspection and feedback to the landlord of any findings.
